If you live in Southern California there are a few great options for a Vegan Taco Tuesday. Where I live, it's not at a restaurant, but at a grocery store called Lazy Acres.
Lazy Acres has a hot cafe, which gets updated everyday and on Tuesday they have some 'fishless' tacos that are pretty good.
For a Vegan Taco Tuesday, I normally pick up two taco's, Spanish rice, fried plantains, and black beans. I decided to top my taco's off with some kimchi, a pretty filling and great meal.
